Senior Program Manager - Fibre Order Based Drops

- Own end-to-end delivery of the Order Based Drops (OBD) program across partner streams, ensuring milestones are met and commitments are upheld
- Track and monitor execution progress against first attempt success metrics, identifying risks early and taking action to keep performance on track
- Review and resolve escalations related to customer service issues, translating lessons learned into concrete process improvements with cross-functional stakeholders
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track program health, analyze trends and present data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership
- Establish and lead new business processes and innovations that improve cycle time, budget reliability and team engagement
- Communicate program progress and manage stakeholder expectations across all levels of the organization, translating complexity into clarity and inspiring action.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
- More than 5 years of experience managing complex programs or leading cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage partner and vendor relationships effectively
- Proven experience navigating ambiguous requirements and translating them into clear, actionable outcomes
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills - able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for audiences at all levels
- Experience leading change management initiatives, bringing stakeholders along the journey while maintaining momentum
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Project Management certification (PMP, Agile or equivalent) and experience with tools such as Outcome, JIRA, DOMO, MyWorld or Appian
- Knowledge of the Canadian telecommunications market, regulatory environment and experience managing telecommunications infrastructure and/or fibre build programs
- Bilingual in French and English
