If you’re passionate about leading people, elevating learning experiences, and maintaining high-quality training materials, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact.About the RoleAs the Training and Knowledge Manager, you will lead a team of Trainers and Content Developers while overseeing the creation, maintenance, and delivery of training content across the call center. You’ll ensure our learning materials are accurate, engaging, and aligned with business goals.What You’ll Do
- Lead and support Trainers and Content Developers
- Manage all training content for new hires and ongoing development
- Maintain content accuracy across products, processes, and systems
- Oversee content updates in the LMS
- Work with business partners to identify training needs and content gaps
- Ensure consistent standards for documentation and training materials
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Stay current with instructional design trends and learning technologies
- Experience in training, content development, or instructional design (remote learning experience is an asset)
- Strong leadership or team-coaching background
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and adaptable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS platforms
- Tech-savvy, positive, and solution-oriented
