- Market Intelligence: Conduct research in target industries to identify high-potential niches, potential customer profiles, and right brand positioning, aligning with Prodomax's technical competencies and unique value proposition.
- Marketing Plan: Assist our CEO and CFO in creating and executing a marketing plan to support the company's Revenue Growth and Market Diversification Plan by providing marketing analytics, competitor white-space analysis, and ROI modeling for new market entries.
- Sales Enablement: Work closely with the Business Development Manager and Sales Director to develop industry-specific pitch decks, case studies, and technical brochures that articulate how our automation solutions solve unique business challenges.
- Lead Generation Infrastructure: Define and track "Lead" and "Lag" indicators to measure the success of market entry strategies. Manage and analyze CRM data to ensure the sales team is targeting the highest-value accounts.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the bridge between our CFO (for budget/ROI tracking), the Sales Director (for sales pipeline health), and Engineering (for technical accuracy) to ensure marketing efforts result in closing new business.
- Brand Positioning: Evolve the Prodomax brand from an "Leader in Automotive" to a "Global Automation Partner", managing tradeshows, industry events and digital presence to attract interest from potential customers in new industry sectors.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience within industrial automation, manufacturing, or a B2B technical field in a senior Marketing role.
- Analytical Rigor: Proven ability to analyze complex market data and translate it into actionable growth strategies.
- Technical Aptitude: Experience working with engineers and the ability to grasp complex technical / automated systems to explain them to less technical audiences.
- Financial Literacy: Ability to work with our CFO to plan and manage marketing activities within a budget, understand and support accurate sales forecasting, and developing the sales pitch for our cost/benefit positioning with potential customers.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and project management skills and professionalism in communication and interactions at all levels
- Software: Experience with implementing CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), data visualization software, graphic design tools, WordPress and professional presentation tools.
- Strategic Seat: Report directly to our CFO and work daily with the executive leadership team to shape the company's future.
- Competitive Compensation: * Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 The actual compensation a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
