- Execute mechanical, environmental, stress, reliability, and functional tests at both product and component levels
- Validate test parameters, ensure equipment calibration, and accurately document results and failures
- Follow defined test plans, standards, and work instructions
- Assist engineers in diagnosing and reproducing product failures and analyzing test results
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot lab equipment, fixtures, and machinery
- Prepare test reports, document non-compliance, and provide project status updates
- Ensure all testing and documentation is completed accurately and on schedule
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
- 1–2 years of co-op, internship, or relevant work experience
- Hands-on experience running basic mechanical tests (physical, stress, impact, or environmental)
- Ability to read mechanical drawings
- Basic experience using AutoCAD or 3D CAD tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of measurement, calibration, and basic GD&T concepts
- Experience using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Exposure to electronics or stress testing equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes)
- Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
