We’re Hiring: Landscape LabourerPosition Type: Full-Time Seasonal (with potential for year-round work)Reliable. Hardworking. Ready to get your hands dirty and build something great?We’re looking for a dedicated and dependable Landscape Labourer to join our landscaping team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in physical work, and want to be part of a team that creates beautiful spaces, this role might be perfect for you.What You’ll Be Doing:Assisting with softscape and hardscape installations (planting, sod, pavers, retaining walls, etc.)Preparing soil, digging trenches, and grading for landscape featuresLaying mulch, moving gravel, placing trees, and installing materials on-siteUsing hand and power tools safely (shovels, wheelbarrows, string trimmers, etc.)Supporting installation of irrigation or drainage systems (under supervision)Keeping the job site clean, safe, and organized at all timesHelping set up and break down equipment and materials each dayMaintaining tools and equipment and reporting any issuesFollowing safety protocols and using PPE as requiredWorking closely with your team to meet timelines and quality standardsWork Environment:Outdoor work in various weather conditions (sun, rain, heat, cold)Physically demanding tasks including lifting, digging, and equipment handlingFlexibility to work extended hours or occasional weekends during peak seasonsWhat We’re Looking For:High School Diploma or GEDLandscaping or construction experience is an asset, but not requiredStrong work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to follow instructions and complete tasks with attention to detailBasic knowledge of landscaping tools and machinery (a plus)Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsPhysically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing manual labour all dayDriver’s license preferred but not requiredWhy Join Us?
