
Tool and Die Maker

- Perform die maintenance, repairs, and occasionally build new dies
- Handle engineering changes, troubleshooting, and welding tasks
- Construct prototypes, jigs, fixtures, and gauges
- Maintain spare tooling and components
- Read and interpret product drawings and CMM reports
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Support and uphold the principles of the 6S workplace discipline
- Complete training and development as outlined in the Skills and Training Matrix

- An Ontario Certificate of Qualification as a Tool and Die Maker or at least 10 years of trade experience
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- At least 10 years of post-apprenticeship or 15 years of related experience
- Strong knowledge of tooling maintenance and machine setup
- Organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work all shifts, and communicate clearly in English
- Reliable transportation
