Provide basic analytical support for quality metrics.
By:
  • Participating in the performance of a variety of duties involved in collecting, entering and maintaining data into state and federal mandated electronic data systems.
  • Supporting reporting activities of CHR.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal reporting requirements for assigned systems and communicate changes to supervisor, IT, and program managers.
  • Draw and audit data for batch submission and communicate with supervisory and line staff, EHR training support, and leadership concerning systemic efforts necessary to improve data quality.
  • Manually enter data into outside systems as required.
  • Review data quality and correspondence between CHR’s internal EHR and state and federal databases and communicate with supervisory and line staff concerning systemic efforts necessary to improve data quality.

  • Maintains documentation in compliance with agency and program standards.
  • Participates in staff meetings, supervision, trainings and other meetings as assigned.
  • Additional duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:Education: High School diplomaExperience: At least three years demonstrated experience in entry of clinical and/or research data.Training: Knowledge in database management, utilization of Microsoft Office products, data integrity and quality knowledgeWhy Join CHR?🏆 Award-Winning Workplace:
