Type: Temporary 15 month contract
Pay: $30
Hours: 8-4pm (1/2 hour lunch)Job Overview:Bilingual Credit Analyst (French & English)
Focus on collections, resolving billing issues, and reducing overdue accounts
Fast-paced, high-volume role managing a large account portfolioKey Responsibilities:Manage assigned accounts using established credit policies
Contact customers to collect outstanding payments and explain payment terms
Review aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
Handle customer inquiries via phone and provide account documentation
Monitor incoming calls and respond promptly
Review credit limits and release blocked orders when appropriate
Approve job-related financial documents; understand lien laws
Negotiate payment arrangements within guidelines
Maintain detailed account notes and records
Track and report on delinquent accounts and collection efforts
Occasional travel requiredRequirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Fluent in English and French
Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar tools
Experience with financial/ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
Knowledge of construction-related credit practices an asset
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage pressure and shifting priorities
Skilled in reviewing credit risk and financial statements
Professional, customer-focused approach
