Position Summary:We are hiring a Construction Scheduler to support project delivery by developing, maintaining, and monitoring detailed construction schedules. You will work closely with project teams to ensure critical path activities are identified and managed effectively throughout all project phases.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain baseline and updated schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6Monitor progress and prepare lookahead schedules and forecastsAnalyze schedule risks and delays, providing mitigation strategiesAssist project managers with schedule impact analysis for change orders and site conditionsPrepare schedule reports for internal teams and clientsCollaborate with site teams and estimators during project planning and executionMaintain and update schedule templates and tools across projectsQualifications:5+ years of experience in construction scheduling (institutional or commercial preferred)Proficiency with scheduling software such as MS Project and/or Primavera P6Strong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to work across multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of construction sequencing, trades, and methodologiesExperience with BIM or 4D scheduling is a plus
