Invoicing: Prepare and transmit client invoices accurately and within established deadlines.Collections: Process deposits, record payments received (cheques, wires, credit cards), and apply them to the appropriate client accounts.Debt Recovery: Follow up on overdue accounts in a professional and diplomatic manner to minimize payment delays.Reconciliation: Reconcile client accounts and investigate any billing errors or discrepancies.Reporting: Prepare aging reports and participate in the month-end closing process.Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client billing inquiries.Qualifications
Education: DEP or DEC in Accounting or a related field.Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in an accounts receivable or credit role.Languages: Bilingual (French and English), essential for providing quality customer service.Software: Excellent proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software or ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Acomba, etc.).Soft Skills: Diplomacy and firmness in collections, strong analytical mind, and great attention to detail.Summary
