We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Psychologist to join our team. As a Staff Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy to patients who are experiencing mental health issues. You will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients in a variety of settings.Responsibilities:

Conducting individual and group therapy sessions to help patients manage their mental health conditions
Developing and implementing treatment plans for patients based on their diagnoses and individual needs
Providing psychoeducation to patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
Administering psychological tests and assessments to diagnose mental health conditions and monitor patient progress
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
Participating in clinical supervision and continuing education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology
Completion of an APA-accredited internship program
Licensure as a psychologist in the state of practice
Experience providing individual and group therapy to patients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
