Your keen sense of observation and strong social skills are your greatest strengths.As a Tactical Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, security facility centers, etc.This position follows a Continental Day Shift only (0700-1900hrs) and static security duties. Some assignments may require sitting or standing for extended periods.Static Position Location in Toronto, ON M5A 2M3What's in it for you?

Responsibilities for Tactical Security Guard

Conduct mobile and foot patrols of assigned areas
Perform static security duties, including monitoring while seated for long periods
Enforce Trespass to Property Act and apply trespass-with-rights procedures
Monitor parks, public spaces, and facilities during overnight hours
Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies promptly
Complete detailed incident reports and documentation
Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when required

Qualifications

Authorized to work in Canada
Valid Ontario Security Guard License
Valid G2 or G Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract (Preferred )
First Aid & CPR certification
Continental Day shift only (0700-1900hrs)
Ability to sit for extended periods and patrol by foot and vehicle
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Must successfully complete Handcuff and Baton training
Strong observation, communication, and decision-making skills
