Supervisor, Maintenance

• Supervise daily maintenance activities across all maintenance disciplines including electrical, mechanical (millwright), mobile equipment, and shaft maintenance.

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of tradespersons and maintenance personnel.

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are completed according to schedule.

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment, electrical, and mechanical issues to minimize downtime and support operational targets.

• Collaborate with planners and engineers to prioritize work orders, allocate resources, and improve maintenance practices.

• Monitor parts usage and ensure adequate inventory levels in collaboration with the warehouse and supply chain teams.

• Assign work, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance to maintenance crews across all disciplines.

• Recommend and implement improvements to maintenance practices, equipment performance, and cost efficiency.

• Support the implementation of new technologies, digital systems, and predictive maintenance practices.

• Certified Electrician preferred or certified tradesperson with strong electrical background.

• 7 or more years of maintenance experience in a mining or heavy industrial environment.

• Experience across multiple maintenance disciplines including electrical, mechanical, and mobile equipment.

• 2 or more years of experience in a leadership role.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Strong electrical troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.

• Sound knowledge of underground mining maintenance practices and standards.

• Familiarity with mining regulations, occupational health and safety practices, and emergency response.

• Proven ability to successfully lead teams in a dynamic and physically demanding environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and prioritize work effectively.
