- Identify and source top sales candidates using LinkedIn, AI tools, databases, and research
- Build and manage candidate pipelines for multiple client searches
- Reach out to prospective candidates through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Contact qualified candidates by phone to introduce opportunities, clearly explain role responsibilities, and answer questions
- Conduct candidate interviews to assess experience, motivation, and communication skills
- Create and refine job descriptions based on client requirements and role objectives
- Prepare clear candidate summaries and notes for client submission
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate candidate notes, interview feedback, and search activity within the recruiting system
- Track candidate progress, communication, and follow-ups
- Adjust sourcing strategies when initial approaches are not producing results
- Attend online client meetings and assist with client updates when required
- Prepare client update reports on search progress when required
- Learn and use recruiting technology, automation tools, and AI platforms
- Work closely with the team to move searches forward quickly and efficiently
- You move quickly and stay organized without needing to be chased
- You can manage multiple open roles without losing attention to detail
- You take personal ownership of your searches and candidate pipelines
- You are persistent and creative when sourcing becomes difficult
- You communicate clearly and write strong candidate summaries

- Base salary: $40,000
- Monthly performance bonuses
- First-year OTE: $65,000 – $81,000
- Top performers earning: $100,000+
