As a member of this collaborative team, you can expect a safe, diverse and inclusive environment, and on-going learning and career development opportunities.About The Role:Reporting to the Regional HSEQ Manager, Construction Manager and/or the Operations Manager, the Quality and LEED Specialist (or Technical Scope Specialist) is responsible for leading the support of the LEED and QA/QC initiatives for the project while also providing assistance to more senior staff (Project Managers, Superintendents) in the coordination, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, etc. as needed.As a Quality and LEED Specialist at Graham you will:Perform a variety of duties including but not limited to updating schedules and budgets, maintaining cost control, monitoring labour material and equipment activities, and administrative duties on the project that relate to QA/QC and LEED.Champion the LEED and QA/QC aspects of the project including being a Subject Matter Expert in the areas of technical specialty.Attend project meetings, present updates, and document action items and other pertinent project deliverables/decisionsEnsure that project site and company assets are secure and maintain a safe and respectful work environment at all timesMonitor project change management process, identify change events, submit change notices, track changes and optional changes in project scope, specially those that relate to your technical scope and present to the Project Team when requiredProvide timely progress reports and to the Project TeamAssist with drawings, drawing records, revisions, site instructions and change ordersObtain and provide written documentation for all clarifications and instructionsWork with both the client and consultant to represent the team in your speciality areas of LEED and QA/QCMaintain safety records and take responsibility for the development, implementation, and execution of the Project Specific Safety Plan (PSSP)Monitor and measure HSE goals and expectations using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Maintain QA/QC recordsEnsure implementation of the Project Specific Quality Plan (PSQP) on the project site by all project stakeholdersReview the Field Surveillance Reports (FSR) and initiate NCRs based on analysis and severity of findingsQualifications/experience:Trade Certification or Technical Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field experience is requiredExperinence within Quality Control in a ICI Construction EnvironmentLEED APStrong presentation skillsProficient with MS Office SuiteProficient using scheduling and project management softwareIf this sounds like you, then Graham may be the right fit.
