Job Title: Electrical Controls DesignerJob DescriptionAn exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced Electrical Controls Designer to join a dynamic team and contribute to a diverse range of projects. The role involves designing electrical and automation systems for power generation, plant automation, and process and compression equipment. The position offers a guaranteed six months of work, with potential for extension.Responsibilities
  • Design electrical and automation systems for power generation.
  • Develop plant automation solutions.
  • Create designs for process and compression equipment.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical.
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technologist.
  • Over 5 years of experience with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, and CADWorx.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge and application of codes and standards such as IEC, ATEX, CSA, CEC, and ISA, particularly in hazardous areas.
