- Focus on client experience and relationship management, while our team handles paperwork filing, compliance, and transaction coordination
- Follow proven systems for communication, follow-up, and business growth
- Licensed real estate agent in Ontario (or currently in the process of becoming licensed)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
- Willingness to learn, implement systems, and take coaching
- Business mindset with a long-term approach to business
- Comfortable with technology and able to quickly adopt new tools and systems
