  • Review accounts daily or weekly to reduce delinquency
  • Make courteous and effective collection calls
  • Agree suitable payment arrangements with customers
  • Keep customer records accurate and up to date
  • Document all activity clearly in the system
  • Escalate complex cases when needed
  • Support asset seizure processes where required
  • Complete related administration and reporting
