
Service Technician

- The primary resource who performs routine testing and monitoring at the customer site including data entry and contributes to service report preparation
- Interfaces with the customer to understand any issues with chemicals or equipment.
- Manages product inventory at the customer including deliveries to process units and offloading to customer tanks.
- Adjusts chemical feed levels to meet optimal chemical performance based on routine testing and monitoring; Delivers chemical and compiles trial data at the customer site
- Alerts the site manager of any problems or opportunities with the customer and begins to troubleshoot issues
- Conducts expanded testing of process variables to identify dosage improvements or mechanical impacts
- Specs out, sets up, maintains and troubleshoots monitoring and feed equipment
- Works with the site team and customers to ensure optimal program performance.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work in an industrial environment: short term exposure to hot and cold areas, industrial noise wearing ear protection (ear plugs), etc.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Plumbing/mechanical/electrical skills. Knowledge and ability in at least one these areas. On the job training will be conducted.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel) is preferred, but can be trained on the job.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting skills. There will be team support to help.
- High safety awareness- Ability to complete safety training, follow safety policies and work in a safety-oriented manner.
