- Gather and analyze fluid samples to monitor concentration levels
- Adjust concentrations and perform corrective actions based on analysis results
- Perform fluid quality checks on required machinery
- Log and report all findings to the Supervisor and Quality department
- Maintain communication with suppliers to address issues and shortages
- Track fluid usage and manage inventory
- Conduct monthly safety inspections
- Manage system dumps and oversee the fluid quality system
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management and Environmental Health & Safety Systems
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent
- CNC equipment and fluid sampling experience (required)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive
- Strong organizational skills and work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to write clear reports
- Prior safety inspection or quality system experience
- Familiarity with supplier communication and inventory control processes
