Job Description:We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our clients team in Markham, Ontario. This long-term contract position involves working in a hybrid capacity, with the flexibility to attend the office at least twice a week. You will play a key role in supporting clients by providing top-notch customer service and managing inquiries related to lease or financing accounts.Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, providing accurate information about lease or financing accounts and resolving any account-related issues.
  • Ensure all client personal details and insurance forms are accurately updated and securely maintained.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
  • Collaborate with vendors, clients, and insurance agencies to address and resolve escalated issues.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by going above and beyond to meet their needs.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all client interactions in the call centre database.
  • Use predefined communication guidelines to address a variety of customer concerns effectively.
  • Analyze customer needs, clarify issues, and deliver tailored solutions or alternatives.
  • Achieve qualitative and quantitative performance goals as part of a dynamic team.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in both English and French for effective bilingual communication.
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid model, attending the office at least twice a week.
