You will be part of a global Corporate Technology Platform Engineering Team. This position has the responsibility for administration, support, design, and planning of the organization’s global production infrastructure. This 3rd-level support position has the responsibility of being a subject matter expert in multiple platforms/systems, maintaining 24x7x365 system availability.WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Windows Server operating systems.
Responsible for building, deploying, and patching Windows servers.
Provide 24/7 ‘tier3’ on-call support of specific production systems as required.
Design and implement technical solutions to support business requirements.
Work with VMware or Hyper-V administration.
Experience managing certificates.
Experience with server security and hardening.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience as a Windows Server Systems Administrator in a medium to large-scale environment.
Expert knowledge of Windows Server administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Expert knowledge in the administration of Windows infrastructure services, including. Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and File servers.
Experience managing users and groups in Microsoft Entra ID.
Experience managing centralized configuration and patch management tools (eg, Configuration Manager).
Proficient at scripting for automation or user management in PowerShell.
Strong team player, working in a globally dispersed team.
Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
