This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in financial oversight, budgeting, and team leadership while supporting a collaborative and mission-driven organisation during a key transition period. You will play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity, guiding a dedicated team, and contributing to ongoing operational effectiveness.

- Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including financial reporting and controls
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
- Review financial statements, P&L, and investment reporting for accuracy and completeness
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to two team leads (analytics and billing/payables/revenue)
- Maintain hands-on involvement to ensure quality control across outputs
- Support decision-making by providing financial insights to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and funding requirements
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Provide stability and leadership during a period of organizational transition
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance leadership role
- Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills
- Demonstrated ability to “hit the ground running” with minimal onboarding
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Non-profit experience is an asset but not required
- Comfortable working in a contract capacity
