- Working as part of a team in achieving customer and revenue targets for new client acquisition across multiple business sectors
- Maintain the highest levels of client service and delivery of international financial products
- Act as the key contact, maximising value for our clients and negotiating the best commercial terms
- Forge, develop & maintain partnerships by working with relevant stakeholders to deliver comprehensive financial solutions
- Discussing market opportunities and challenges with clients to acquire new business for the firm
- Identify, target & close high-value business clients and strategic introducers, promoting the international financial products offered by the firm
- Acquire new business clients across various industries and sectors
- Meet customer acquisition and revenue targets through achieving the best commercial terms for international financial products
- Work with senior management to build relevant products and services within the Canadian market
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Sales, Client Coverage, Business Development or Product Management in the financial services sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French proficiency considered an asset)
- Ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations
- Must have an extensive professional network within the Canadian business community
- Strong understanding of international banking and financial services
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment in Technology, Financial Services or Banking sector
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
- A confident self-starter with a positive attitude
- Eligibility to work in Canada (Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work permit)
