Our window cleaning team consists of enthusiastic, coachable, and hardworking individuals who are comfortable working outdoors and interacting with the community on a regular basis.This position involves completing window and eaves cleaning services for residential clients within the Gloucester/Vanier area, while also engaging with homeowners and generating leads through door-to-door marketing after jobs are completed. No experience is required. Full training will be provided to ensure you feel confident both performing the work and communicating with clients.This is a full-time summer position. We offer flexible scheduling, an outdoor work environment, and the opportunity to be part of a motivated, team-oriented group.COMPENSATION
  • $20-25 per hour + commission for every lead with the necessary expectations made at the door
  • Results-based pay & incentives (the harder you work, the more you make)
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform residential window cleaning, eaves cleaning, and related exterior services
  • Work safely with ladders and cleaning equipment (training provided)
  • Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism on job sites
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners
  • Generate leads through door-to-door marketing in assigned neighborhoods after completing jobs
  • Record and report job and customer information accurately
