- Define, document and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, taking into account non-functional requirements.
- Assist testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing.
- Contribute to project management activities such as scoping and estimating project efforts, identifying risks and recommending mitigation measures, communicating activity status, as well as escalating and communicating possible issues.
- Participate in quality management reviews, including designs, prototypes and other requirements work products.
- Work closely with stakeholders to determine solutions, assess impact on existing work processes and systems, and pinpoint how to manage integration.
- Provide operational and process-related analysis and support.
- Respect existing processes and standards, including requirements management and project management disciplines, technology delivery and business technology architecture, escalating issues as needed.
- Gain knowledge in own area, stay abreast of technology trends and developments, develop expertise in clients' services, applications, infrastructure, analytical tools and techniques, business domains and their products and services.
- Work with vendors to support business case development (consistent with technology requirements and guidelines), including benefits identification, RFI/RFP and service level agreements.
- Coach new or less experienced colleagues and serve as a reference point throughout the requirements management life cycle.
- Perform monthly reporting activities, which include weekly updates, monthly business review decks and any other ad-hoc reporting and/or analysis.
- Assist in yearly audit activities, which include evidence gathering, preparing audit responses, etc.
- Provide L1 support to Power Platform use cases and manage communication, coordination with LOB and other stakeholders. Also includes monitoring and managing PP tickets and working closely with the Delivery and Provisioning team for further resolution.
- Assist in Incident & Change management with respect to RPA use cases (i.e. Blue Prism), which includes testing, artifacts preparation, debugging and coordinating with different stakeholders until successful production deployment/validation.
- Develop reporting and work with client's tools to provide a line of sight on team statistics
- Assist in the development of Tableau monitoring dashboards to be utilized by L1 for better identification of issues
- Data background - SQL, database, data visualization
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Working within an Agile environment
- Experience communicating with stakeholders and customers (strong communication skills)
- Operations background (incidence and change management)
- Direct experience with Tableau and Splunk tools
- Direct experience with RPA (Blue Prism, UIpath)
