- The team: You'll be part of our Go to Market team, reporting directly to the head of marketing and working closely with the entire Sales team.
- The office situation: We're a hybrid company. All employees are based in Montreal where we have our office and can choose to work remotely for part of the week.
- The hiring process: We have a 3 step process - a 30min screening call, a 1h interview, and a paid pilot project which is pretty unusual but highly appreciated by our candidates (more on this at the end of this job post).
- Start multi-channel prospecting (Call, Email, LinkedIn) by leveraging our AI stack to target high-intent accounts
- Enhance our sales capacity by identifying and qualifying new prospects within a portfolio of prospects/customers through outgoing calls
- Act as the primary operator of our prospecting agents. You will not just use these tools; you will proactively suggest updates to prompts and workflows based on market feedback.
- Work as a strategic partner to Marketing & Product, providing market data to improve our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and AI messaging accuracy.
- Continuously experiment with new AI-driven "Growth Hacks", from social prospecting to new ways of automating research, to keep our outreach motion at the cutting edge.
- A solid first sales experience, preferably in B2B software
- You're not afraid to try a lot of different prospecting tactics to find the one that will lead to the best results
- You are tech and AI savvy: you grasp technical concepts quickly and have been keeping up/experimenting with the latest AI tools.
- A proven track record of leading discovery calls. You know how to move beyond a script to uncover real business pain using frameworks like BANT.
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English on different channels (phone, email…)
- Experience selling B2B software products
- Experience using HubSpot or other CRM tools
- Experience with the latest AI tools for personal or professional use
- Ability to communicate in French (or desire to learn!)
- Experience with some of the tools we integrate

- Level 1.5: Base salary of $56,631 + $28,315 in variable*
- Level 2.5: Base salary of $64,915 + $32,457 in variable*
