- Responsible for assisting the CEO and executive staff with office-related functions.
- Manage the meeting room with documents/supplies needed.
- Responsible for the organization and maintenance of the kitchen
- Responsible for the maintenance and response from the company's email address. Filtering the requests to the appropriate person as needed
- Handles all maintenance requests including but not limited to: IT support, plumbing, building maintenance, etc.
- Oversees and manages employee vacation and sick time balance in conjunction with HR.
- Works closely with CEO and HR to develop policies for the office
- Be a Joint Health and Safety Committee member.
- Interact with FedEx, UPS etc to ship and receive packages and submit invoice to A/P
- Plan and oversee office meetings/luncheons etc
- Plus other office-related duties
