  • Responsible for assisting the CEO and executive staff with office-related functions.
  • Manage the meeting room with documents/supplies needed.
  • Responsible for the organization and maintenance of the kitchen
  • Responsible for the maintenance and response from the company's email address. Filtering the requests to the appropriate person as needed
  • Handles all maintenance requests including but not limited to: IT support, plumbing, building maintenance, etc.
  • Oversees and manages employee vacation and sick time balance in conjunction with HR.
  • Works closely with CEO and HR to develop policies for the office
  • Be a Joint Health and Safety Committee member.
  • Interact with FedEx, UPS etc to ship and receive packages and submit invoice to A/P
  • Plan and oversee office meetings/luncheons etc
  • Plus other office-related duties
