Our client a trusted and reputable real estate investment company is seeking a Mortgage Administrator to join their busy team. Our ideal candidate will be from the investment/real estate industry and have 3+ years in a similar position.Reporting to the senior leadership team, your duties will include but not be limited to;
Loan origination
Attending Credit Committee meetings and commitment letters/amendments
New loan administration, advances, paydowns and renewals
Letters of credit, file documentation and maintenance
Month-end related duties
Other duties as required
