Minimum University Degree in Architecture and OAA Registered Architect Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in an architectural studio and minimum 5 years' experience in leading project teams and managing large, complex interdisciplinary projects Must be an experienced people manager Experience with Transit and alternative project delivery models Knowledge in Transit Agency policies around the development of transit stations and transit oriented communities Understanding the role of developers in transit projects Competent knowledge of building codes and specifications Highly organized with the ability to manage time and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive and detail oriented Analytical thinker and problem solver
