Each focuses on a specialized area of the talent acquisition process to support hiring excellence.Senior TA Partner – Business-Facing RecruiterPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure alignment with business needsGuide interview teams through structured, competency-based interview practicesCoach hiring managers on evaluation best practices, talent assessment, and decision-makingReview candidate slates and ensure alignment to skill and workforce needsUse Power BI and recruiting metrics to provide insights and influence hiring outcomesMaintain strong stakeholder relationships and act as a strategic talent advisorLeverage AI tools for job description refinement and workflow efficienciesMentor and coach Talent Acquisition Partners to strengthen team capabilitySenior TA Partner – Candidate-Facing RecruiterManage top-of-funnel recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, and pipeline developmentConduct proactive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, referrals, and talent communitiesAssess candidate qualifications using consistent evaluation practicesPrepare candidates for interviews and communicate JCI culture and valuesDeliver high-touch, consistent communication throughout the interview processSupport offer preparation and negotiation strategy in partnership with the Business-Facing RecruiterMaintain accurate candidate documentation within WorkdayServe as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive candidate experienceWhat We Look ForBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with emphasis on partnership and candidate engagementStrong analytical skills with ability to leverage talent data and market insightsExperience with Workday or similar ATS toolsExcellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience in high-volume or manufacturing recruiting is a plusDemonstrated coaching and mentorship capabilityProven ability to act as a strategic talent advisor, improving processes and offering market insightsExperience influencing sourcing strategies and strengthening talent pipelinesBoth roles begin onsite during training with an opportunity to transition to hybrid.HIRING SALARY RANGE: $91,000-$114,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
