Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with MS Dynamics expertise? Looking for a new contract role in Etobicoke with flexible work-from-home options? This contract position requires 3+ years of full-cycle AP experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work onsite 3 days per week. Process invoices, payments, and approvals; maintain recordsReconcile financial data and resolve discrepanciesLiaise with vendors and suppliersPrepare account analyses and reports (monthly and ad hoc)Monitor pending payments and ensure timely processingSupport daily accounting operations and reconciliationsMaintain fixed asset and prepaid expense trackersAssist with month-end/quarter-end accruals and documentationQualifications
