- +$3.00 hour /hour night shift premium (if applicable)
- Up to 5% quarterly BTIP bonus based on company targets (ex. $43.50+5%= $45.67 per hour if we hit our targets)

- $600 annual tool allowance (receipts required for reimbursement)
- $170 + tax annual boot allowance (through our vendor only – keep receipts for reimbursement)

- Read equipment manuals and blueprints to successfully complete installations, troubleshooting and repairs.
- Install, troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Inspect and examine equipment to identify irregularities and malfunctions.
- Adjust equipment and repair/replace defective components.
- Operate tools such as lathes and milling machines to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of equipment.
- Assemble equipment prior to installation using hand/power tools and welding equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize equipment safety, efficiency and reliability.
- Complete Work Orders according to PM and CM schedules.
- Comply with all applicable legislative and Bakery food safety, health and safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Ensure that work area is clean of debris and hazards at all times.
- Work in a safe manner in accordance with provincial and internal LOTO policy.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

- Ticketed or Apprenticeship Level (3-4) in the Millwright Trade.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment (Food manufacturing is highly preferred).
- High aptitude with Mechanical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems (Required).
- Proven track record working with Lathes, Milling Machines and Welding Equipment (ARC, TIG, MIG).
- Above average problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs.
- Thrives in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Excel, Outlook).
