- Passion for guest service and the proven ability to consistently anticipate guest needs.
- 1-2 Years of supervisory, Team Lead or Banquet Captain experience.
- Serving it Right Certification.
- Strong food and wine knowledge.
- Ability to work as a team as well as independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate and support a team in a fast-paced environment, creating an innovative culture.
- Capable of leading the team through the execution of events such as group dinners.
- Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Oversees daily F&B operations and ensure established Standards of Service are executed professionally and consistently.
- Act as an example to the team in relation to service standards and appearance.
- Demonstrates leadership skills which foster an engaged and motivated team.
- Conducts daily pre-shift briefings before each meal period.
- Supervises food quality and delivery of service.
- Takes note of opportunities to improve processes and guest experience.
- Champions guest resolutions when needed.
- Interacts with guests throughout their dining experience.
- Drives customer loyalty through guest interactions and feedback from guests.
- Provides ongoing suggested operational improvements to the F&B Manager.
- Assists in the ongoing training of the Bartenders, Servers, and Jr Servers, finding coaching opportunities and further skill development.
- Provides feedback to the F&B Manager on F&B team members' performance and readiness for advancement opportunities.
