- Support time and attendance application
- Train new users on the use of the time and scheduling attendance software
- Export time and attendance data for upload for Payroll processing
- Troubleshoot system and application issues working with Vendor and I.T.
- Test and implement new versions and upgrades to the time and attendance software
- Provide support to the Payroll Department for various functions
- Must be Bilingual (French/English)
- Customer Service experience
- Experience with time and attendance software (2 yrs)
- Excel skills at an intermediate level
- Payroll Experience (2 yrs)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Familiarity with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems
- Familiarity with UKG Work Force Management is an asset
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
