- 10+ years of professional experience, ideally in consultative or strategic customer-facing roles
- 3+ years enabling and developing service provider communication channel partners and MSPs
- Experience selling SIP related technologies to large service providers
- Hands on experience with Session Border Controller configuration and implementation, preferably Oracle Communications SBC, is a must for this role
- Experience sizing deals and quoting solutions
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker
- Strong understanding for the service provider communication and communication cloud market including: Voice Security, STIR/SHAKEN, SIP Session Delivery, IMS, VoLTE/Vo5G, Cloud, UCaaS/CCaaS/CPaaS, Hybrid-Deployment, SaaS
- Knowledge of IaaS (Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Azure & Amazon AWS) and experience with transitioning workloads to IaaS
- Strong understanding of NFV and K8s and Ancillary Cloud Native Tools - Jaeger, ELK Stack, Prometheus, CD Pipeline such as Jenkins
- Good understanding of Analytics, AI and ML is a big plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to derive actionable insights and clearly communicate complex ideas to customer senior executives, while handling questions and objections
- Mix of business and technical skills with ability to engage and add value in discussions involving both technology and business strategy
- Creative, high-energy, self-starter comfortable in presenting to engineers and business leaders
- Thrive in working collaboratively and cross-functionally, particularly with Sales, Solution Engineering, Product Management, Product Development, other key partners
- Experience in account strategy support, and development and execution of value hypotheses, business cases.
- Social Media Presence: Active usage of social media including blogging and tweeting in the Service Provider Communications space
