If you know your tools, read drawings confidently, and work safely at height, wed like to bring you on board.What You'll DoMeasure, cut, and assemble wood or metal formwork to specSet forms to line, level, and plumb using lasers, string lines, or levelsInstall braces, ties, and rebar chairs before the pourStrip, clean, and stack forms for reuse after concrete setsMaintain tools and follow all site safety protocolsWhat You Need2+ years of formwork carpentry on residential or commercial sitesAble to read basic blueprints, elevations, and cut listsProficient with circular saws, nail guns, drills, and other hand/power toolsFall Protection ticket is a plus training can be arranged if neededOwn PPE: hard hat, steel-toe boots, high-vis vest, gloves, eye/ear protectionDependable, safety-focused, and ready for early morning poursPay & HoursStarting from $32/hour (higher for lead hands or crane signalers)Full-time day shifts, with likely overtime and weekend poursHelp us shape solid foundations.
