Responsible for enhancing goeasy's corporate collaboration platform, you will be responsible for driving Office 365 capabilities through migration, focusing on email, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. The position requires technical expertise, gathering user requirements, and managing end-user expectations. You will spend a portion of each day on security practices, vs. project management and other process-related activities while providing guidance on the platform to other members of the global infrastructure team.What will you be doing?
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Office 365, collaborating with cross-functional teams and overseeing day-to-day activities.
  • Manage integration of the Office suite within O365 (Email, Teams, SharePoint, AD, ADFS, OneDrive, etc.).
  • Roll-out governance and management of Microsoft Power Apps/Automate/BI Premium capabilities.
  • Lead identity capabilities across AD and Azure AD, focusing on long-term strategy and governance.
  • Manage Microsoft Teams voice and conferencing technologies, including direct routing and SBC.
  • Define end-to-end processes for recent and future acquisitions integration.
  • Partner with security for Privileged Identity Management and administrative best practices.
  • Implement systems integration with third-party applications (SSO, ADFS, AD Connect, etc.).
  • Plan and execute migrations, ensuring user adoption and best practice documentation and training.
  • Document system changes using change management best practices.
  • Maintain system security through proper configuration and access monitoring.
  • Develop and document Microsoft 365 migration strategies, including on-prem to cloud or tenant migrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user access issues to cloud services.
  • Stay informed about platform changes to assist in user change management.
  • Monitor and communicate service performance to stakeholders.
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with defined SLAs and business requirements.
  • Establish a consistent process for incident and problem escalation and resolution.
  • Assist in creating policies for Office 365 service usage and support.
  • Collaborate with IT teams for effective issue resolution, including networking, security, and data center operations.
  • Enhance policies and compliance related to SSO and multifactor authentication.
What experience do you have?
  • 5+ years of deep technical infrastructure experience, recognized as a reliable SME.
  • 3+ years of Office 365 administration, including Exchange and SharePoint.
  • Experience in SharePoint, focusing on information architecture and workflow design.
  • 3+ years of securing environments, considering end-user requirements for solutions.
  • Understanding of 3rd party applications and their interaction with SharePoint.
  • Knowledgeable in the configuration, management, and customization of SharePoint 2013/2016.
  • Familiarity with authentication technologies, including Active Directory, SAML, etc.
  • Proficient in managing user authentication through OKTA, ADFS, and AAD.
  • Experience in managing secure environments with MFA, DLP, RM, and encryption.
  • Ability to create advanced PowerShell scripts for scheduling repeatable Office 365 actions.
  • Advanced knowledge of migrating data and services between Office 365 tenants.
