We're looking for a dynamic professional to step into a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Vice President, Construction.In this position, you'll lead the overall performance, operations, and profitability of our construction division, including paving, asphalt operations, and Pavement Preservation. With full P&L responsibility, you'll oversee a team of direct and indirect reports, while collaborating with subcontractors and key stakeholders across the business.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities with confidence, and brings a strong blend of operational expertise and strategic thinking.
