With a strong reputation for quality workmanship and responsive service, we specialize in residential and commercial restoration projects, including water, fire, and storm damage. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company at a pivotal growth stage and take ownership of a newly created role and territory.Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager / Estimator with a background in damage restoration and construction. This individual will play a key role in developing and managing projects across Ottawa and surrounding areas. As this is a newly created position, the successful candidate must be highly self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently while building strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Manage restoration projects from initial assessment through to completionPrepare accurate estimates using Xactimate softwareConduct site inspections for residential and commercial loss claimsCoordinate with insurance adjusters, clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsDevelop project scopes, budgets, and schedulesMonitor project progress, costs, and timelines to ensure successful deliveryEnsure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company proceduresBuild and maintain relationships with clients, insurers, and industry partnersIdentify opportunities to grow and develop the Ottawa territoryQualifications:Minimum 3+ years of experience in damage restorationStrong construction background with both residential and commercial projectsProficiency in Xactimate estimating software is requiredProven experience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of insurance claims and restoration processesExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and take initiative in a new territoryValid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the regionWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentivesOpportunity to build and lead a growing territorySupportive and entrepreneurial work environmentCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesCompany vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable)
