- Assisting with scheduling and project management efforts of the work booked with clients (worked produced in house and via service partners).
- Upon projects being booked and a hand-over from Sales to the Operations Team being done, assisting with communication efforts between EverLine and Client Representatives.
- In collaboration with the Operations Manger, scheduling the booked work with the crews.
- Reviewing Scopes of Work created by the Sales Team to ensure their accuracy and that the information they contain is sufficient to take the project to the Operations/ Production phase.
- When appropriate, making changes to the Scopes of Work.
- Reviewing reports submitted for the crews to ensure their accuracy, the timeliness of their submission, ensure projects were completed with high levels of quality, safely, and on budget.
- SCRUM, FLHA, Operations Reports, End of Shift Reports, Hours of Work by the team members, Incident Reports, etc.
- Previous experience managing and overseeing the services that EverLine offers.
- Previous leadership experience.

- You are a self-motivated, critical thinker who likes to problem-solve.
- You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well independently and unsupervised.
- Extensive experience completing EverLine’s core services efficiently, properly, and with high quality is considered an asset.
- Extensive experience managing projects in services that EverLine does not regularly undertake is considered an asset.
- Extensive experience leading, overseeing, and managing projects/ crews is considered an asset.
