Responsibilities for Response Health Centre Security Guard

Operate site-provided metal detecting wand to screen patients entering the facility
Monitor and assess potential security risks and respond in accordance with site protocols
Maintain accurate records of screenings and report incidents or concerns
Provide calm, respectful, and professional interactions with patients in high-stress situations
Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

Qualifications for Response Health Centre Security Guard

Be authorized to work in Canada
Use of Force certification required
Hold a Manitoba valid security license
First aid certification required
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in computer skills
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure environments
