- Organizes, creates all new lease files and ensures that all documents are saved electronically.
- Maintains all lease files hard copy and electronic in a timely manner to ensure accuracy.
- Ensures integrity of PaperVision electronic filing system by scanning, compiling and auditing documents.
- Responds to inquiries from internal partners regarding insurance coverage.
- Research new locations and store addresses with external partners, updates Project Management Program and communicates to internal partners.
- Arranges legal files and preparing courier packages for Global Offices and landlords.
- Supports projects including preparing presentations for Real Estate Committee.
- Obtains contact information from landlords, invoices construction allowances and prepares confirmation documentation for leases.
- Updates financial information in the Lease Management System as needed.
- Supports Lease Management System upgrades as required.
- Pursuing a post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related program.
- Education related to Real Estate or Property Development an asset.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with ability to implement and manage details, prioritize, time manage and multi-task with limited supervision and sometimes under time pressure.
- Good problem-solving skills which include the ability to effectively and efficiently resolve issues.
- Demonstrated interpersonal abilities to perform effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing needs of the business, and changing priorities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate Computer skills including MS Office applications - Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook.
