• Safely and efficiently collect and load residential waste and yard waste
• Work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, supervisors, and the public.
• Adhere strictly to company safety policies and procedures.

• 2-3 years of experience in heavy general labour (e.g., construction, or similar roles)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation
