
Treatment Coordinator

- Act as the first point of contact for new and existing patients-whether by phone, email, or in person
- Collect key information from new patient inquiries and guide them through the next steps
- Present treatment and financial options to patients with confidence and clarity
- Review contracts and payment plans with new patients and their families
- Coordinate insurance information and respond to coverage inquiries
- Handle payments and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
- Conduct follow-up calls and assist with re-booking appointments
- Prepare letters for doctors and collect required signatures
- Support the front desk team as needed
- Other administrative or patient care duties as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-you love talking to people and making them feel at ease
- A natural flair for customer service and building relationships
- Sales experience is preferred-you're confident presenting options and helping people make informed decisions
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset
- Dental Assistant Level II and NDAEB certification are assets but not required
