- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify pricing opportunities and trends that directly inform strategic pricing decisions.
- Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives and ensure effective execution.
- Analyze pricing performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend adjustments to pricing strategies based on data-driven insights and market dynamics.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, communicating pricing recommendations and insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Monitor and analyze the impact of pricing changes on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue and profitability.
- Contribute to the development of pricing policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance across all pricing activities.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field, providing a solid foundation for pricing analysis and strategy development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights that drive informed pricing decisions.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis, financial modeling, and report generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present pricing recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated agility and motivation to take on new challenges and responsibilities, contributing to the continuous improvement of pricing processes and strategies.
- In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with English speaking stakeholders across Canada
- Two years of experience in pricing analysis, financial modeling, or a related analytical role, demonstrating practical application of pricing principles.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, enabling effective communication of pricing data and trends to stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies for new product launches, demonstrating expertise in pricing innovation and market entry.
- Experience in the Professional Services industry, providing a strong understanding of the unique pricing challenges and opportunities in this sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative pricing solutions that align with overall business objectives, contributing to long-term growth and profitability.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
