- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for diverse roles across client groups.
- Handle 15-20 job requisitions simultaneously, ranging from entry-level to mid-senior positions.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn and other social media channels.
- Build partnerships with educational institutions and healthcare associations to enhance company branding and visibility.
- Organize and participate in job fairs to support co-op student recruitment initiatives.
- Promote and manage the internal Employee Referral Program, including monthly communications to employees.
- Conduct reference checks, background verifications, and offer negotiations in collaboration with third-party vendors.
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to support talent strategies and organizational decisions.
- Present recruitment updates and metrics to senior management, HR advisors, and the Recruitment Manager.
- Foster a positive candidate experience by delivering excellent customer service and promoting an inclusive workplace culture.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recruitment.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy sectors.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a MUST HAVE.
- Proven track record of direct sourcing and successful recruiting outcomes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage high-volume workloads effectively.
- Experience collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Workday, Microsoft Office Suite, and web-based applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion while influencing hiring decisions.
