- Coordinate and maintain marketing collateral (both digital and print) with the internal and external teams, and ensure brand guidelines adherence.
- Example projects include but are not limited to: brochures, posters, advertisements, presentations, business cards, website graphics, email marketing graphics, and large-format printing.
- Coordinate design projects and print production (internal and external) from start to end. Including researching, quoting, proofing, and pre/post production management.
- Maintain and update the company’s websites (WordPress) regularly and as required, to ensure information accuracy and graphic standard to facilitate customer engagement.
- Coordinate with the external web development team on website improvement, troubleshooting and regular maintenance, ensuring optimal website performance.
- Assist in SEO. Work with internal and external teams on website optimization to support lead generation and online sales.
- Gather product and sales insight to convey key messages with visually compelling marketing materials in the most effective formats.
- Oversee marketing creatives and develop clear & consistent messages across media.
- Coordinate marketing kit production and update annually, including materials for trade shows, conferences and events.
- Assist in writing and updating blogs on the website.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing coordinator and external partners, assist in planning, executing and reporting of ad campaigns.
- Assist in Email marketing.
- Maintain, procure and manage all marketing materials and the visual asset library.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and projects to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal team, external partners, agencies, and contractors to ensure timely and successful delivery of marketing projects.
- Act as a liaison between various stakeholders to maintain alignment with brand and business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
- Analyze and report campaign performance to offer insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Marketing, Communication Studies, or relevant degree or equivalent education or hands-on experience.
- Minimum 2-year experience with Marketing coordination.
- Minimum 2-year experience with WordPress and website management.
- Knowledge of graphic requirements for websites and digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of print production principles and requirements. Ability to develop marketing material that could be used and adopted for both print and digital media.
- Working knowledge of CANVA.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a strong understanding of marketing strategy.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of WordPress with hands-on practice in a previous role. Additional website-related knowledge is an asset.
- Working knowledge of email marketing using Mailchimp.
- Working knowledge of AI tools is an asset.
- Knowledge of HubSpot is an asset.
- Knowledge or experience in the tourism/travel industry is an asset.
- Knowledge of Western Canada as a destination is an asset.
- Candidates must currently reside in Canada and be legally eligible to work, holding a valid work permit with a minimum of one full year of remaining validity.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in team environments.
