Overview:The Dealer is critical to the success of the River Cree Resort & Casino. The primary purpose of the Dealer is to execute table games such as Blackjack, Poker, Roulette, Craps, and Baccarat with an outstanding level of gaming skill. A dealer has the most interaction with guests and will always deliver Superior customer service to enhance the gaming experience.The Dealer will deal their games in accordance with AGLC rules and River Cree Table Games department policies and procedures. The dealer must understand and comply with all service, quality and safety standards set forth by the River Cree Resort and Casino. Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the guest is being provided with superior customer service

  • Natural ability to engage others in conversation.
  • Conduct gambling games smoothly, legally, and according to casino rules.
  • Manual dexterity for handing cards and chips smoothly.
  • Exchange money for casino chips.
  • Make sure players have placed bets before play begins.
  • Announce winning numbers or colors
  • Compute payoffs and winning bets.
  • Collect losing bets.
  • Maintains focus in a busy atmosphere.
  • Effective stress management skills.
  • Has the ability to gain and maintain an AGLC Gaming Workers License.
  • Ability to excel in a fun atmosphere.
  • Respond to questions about game rules and casino policies.
  • Specific duties vary depending on game (Blackjack, Baccarat, Craps, Poker, and Roulette)
  • To look out for the safety of yourself, co-workers and to follow all Health and Safety requirements in the workplace.
  • All other duties as assigned

The Dealer’s schedule may vary and would require the ability to work shift work, late nights, weekends and holidays. River Cree resort and casino has a smoking environment. Associates maybe required to work in that environment.WE OFFER
