You will help plan, organize and direct the retail operations of your store in collaboration with the General Manager. You will participate in scheduling, hiring, coaching, performance management, coordinating shift activities, fostering positive relationships among the team and mediating in situations where a customer has a request or complaint.Perks and Benefits

- Wine Knowledge of WSET 2 or WSET 3 is considered an asset*

- Assist in leading and managing a team of customer service/sales specialists

- Participate in the hiring process by collaborating with the store manager and/or the Director of Human Performance on new hires
- Communicate and achieve budgeted key performance indicators within the team for your store
- Create and implement customer-focused business strategies
- Participate in the performance management process
